Our normal production processing turnaround time for custom embroidered or printed items is now 4-6 business days from receipt of logo approval. Logos must be in embroidery-ready or print-ready format.* Available for select, in-stock product that has the FastTrack logo only. Others products ship in 2-weeks. You must then add Transit Time, (the time it takes UPS to deliver your order). In-stock, blank orders are shipped within 2-business days.

Most of our product ships from Cheshire, CT or Chicago, IL. Ground shipment depends on your destination and is done through UPS. If you are in New England, the Mid-Atlantic states or the Midwest, the on-the-way transit time is 1-2 days. If you are on the West Coast, the on-the-way transit time is about 3-5-days. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.

Transit

Ground shipment depends on your destination and is mostly done through UPS. If you are in New England or the Mid-Atlantic states, the on-the-way transit time is 1-2 days. If you are on the West Coast, the on-the-way transit time is about 5-days. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping carriers.

Turnaround within 4 to 6 business days from receipt of logo approval, qualifies for in-stock orders only. Super RushProcess! charge adds 25% premium to order total before shipping cost.

RushProcess!
Turnaround within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of logo approval, qualifies for in-stock orders only. RushProcess! charge adds 15% premium to order total before shipping cost.
