The Random Ranch
We are a farm animal sanctuary who not only takes in unwanted animals for sanctuary, we also educate kids via our summer camps about the rigorous work out takes to have farm animals. There are so many social media posts that make it look easy, and people get animals and only keep them for a couple of years then ask rescues to take them. Our rescues are flooded, so we are trying to prevent the constant pipeline of over breeding and naivety about farm animals. Our funding has gotten quite low because of the economical changes so we don’t have the extra funding for merchandise.
Pedal the Pacific
Pedal the Pacific is a non-profit cycling team, and every summer, we have a team of 10 college-aged women bike from Seattle to San Diego (1,700 miles!) in order to raise money and awareness for domestic sex trafficking. Since 2017, we have had 60+ women raise over $850,000 given to different top non-profits in the U.S. for preventative and restorative efforts in the area of child sex trafficking. We are looking for product donations that can help us in our mission of cycling from Seattle to San Diego and think your organization would be a great fit for a sponsorship! In addition, our team trains during the Spring semester and would greatly benefit from using rain jackets during training (Jan-May) as well as during the ride (June-July).

My name is Maranda Swift and I am currently a 4th grade teacher at Easton Elementary School, a low-income title one school in North Carolina. Dance has been a huge part of my life since I can remember. Dance taught me so many important lessons, self- confidence and self discipline, determination and much more. I have now started a dance team for students at my school. Last year was our first year and it went over very well! Parents bought in and the school supported our dancers as much as possible. Without this team students at our school would not get these opportunities. While many of them would love to be apart of dancing with a group, parents schedules and money play a major role. My students come from neighborhoods where they see much more than they should as children. Having this as an afterschool program allows students to have this experience, to find their passion, and keeps them away from their neighborhoods for a little more time.
With this being said I am looking for even more opportunities for them as we begin to start our second season. Our team is coached completely on a volunteer basis. Last year myself and the other coach had our families and ourselves donate money and we struggled to complete everything we hoped to give our students. We want them to have every experience possible but sometimes without the funds we are limited. This donation would give us the opportunity for students to feel like a team and show pride in what they are doing.

Scottsville Girls Fastpitch Softball
My name is Robert and I'm an assistant softball team coach for a recreational girls youth fast-pitch Softball league in Scottsville Ky. The organization is quite poor, as many are still recovering from the pandemic and the deadly tornadoes that struck our area in December/January. This organization teaches young girls the aspects of the game of softball through dedicated volunteers. We teach the sport of softball as well as teamwork, positive attitudes, while hoping many will play well enough later in life to make their high school teams as well as become college scholarship eligible. This organization reaches girls from ages 4 thru 16. Sports like softball help keep kids active, off electronics, and most importantly out of trouble.

Milwaukee Diaper Mission
Milwaukee Diaper Mission is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Milwaukee, WI that partners with local social services agencies to distribute disposable and reusable diapering and period supplies to families within the greater Milwaukee area. We empower families in need by providing them with a reliable source for free diapers and period products. Since launching in September 2020, Milwaukee Diaper Mission has distributed not only 100,000+ disposable period products and 180,000+ disposable diapers, but also 1,900+ reusable period supplies, and 2,000+ cloth diapers with accessories.
Milwaukee Diaper Mission is completely volunteer-run and we rely on corporate and individual donations in order to operate. These donations range from money to pay rent and utilities for our warehouse and purchase distributable products, to the donation of products themselves.

Missions On Wheels, Inc.
We are a non-profit disaster relief organization that provides trailer-based relief equipment. Our primary focus has been on shower trailers and ADA shower trailers. We also use the equipment for homeless outreach to provide a hot shower for the homeless while our partner organizations provide a meal, clean clothes and free medical exams. It is also available to church and volunteer organizations to support their mission teams in locations lacking adequate facilities to support the teams. We are ready to deploy our ADA shower trailer and support equipment in 2014 and are needing to have t-shirts printed for our volunteers to help identify them during a disaster deployment. We've also had requests to sell t-shirts and polo's as a fund raiser, but simply can not afford the inventory required to print them cost effectively. This would allow us to outfit our volunteers to the same standard he have worked to outfit our shower trailer. Thank you for your consideration.
Orange County Department of Education
I am working on a Special NFL Event in February 2014 with the Hard hearing kids for the Orange County Department of Education. This is a high school for the deaf. We are going to be getting a NFL Football player to come speak to the students. The hard of Hearing students do not have much and we are looking to surprise them for this NFL assembly with an NFL Football Player and safety green T-shirts with the number 40 printed in black on the front.
The deaf and hard of hearing students would be so grateful for this donation received. Some of them do not even have nice clothes to wear. That is why we are asking for 50 green T-shirts. It would really be a blessing in their lives to have this donation received.

We are a special needs swim team that caters to the physical and developmentally disabled athletes all over Southern California. We are holding our annual swim meet on April 27, 2014 for athletes that will be coming from all over southern California. We are anticipated about 300 athletes and they will be competing to show off their abilities and not their disabilities. The money will go to get the athletes of the San Gabriel Valley Stingrays Special Needs Aquatics Team for uniforms. This is something that we have never been able to afford. We want to create a purple t-shirt with the Stingrays on them along with the athletes names to make it more personal. These kids would absolutely love it and would cherish them and you for giving it to them. These kids do not get to have very much in life and this would just put the icing on the cake for their season!
American Belgian Malinois Rescue
American Belgian Malinois Rescue (ABMR), a 501(c)3 nation-wide organization, is scheduled to be at the 2013 Fredericksburg, VA (September 21 & 22) and Atlanta, GA (November 16) Pet Expos. Our goal is to leverage these highly-attended events to increase awareness of the Belgian Malinois breed, our mission to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs in need, while raising much needed funds to continue our life-saving work.

Copper Mountain College is a small community college located in the desert of Joshua Tree, CA. With a student body of 1,757, we are not big enough to have sports teams, dorms or even a student union. We are trying hard to instill a sense of identity into our student body and we recently got together a softball team to participate in the local community league. We are trying to show our school spirit with our clubs, community participation and other creative avenues! This funding would help us purchase more CMC shirts to show off our college pride.

My name is Traci Schaeffer, January 25, 2013 my oldest son, Christopher Schad, died by suicide after serving five years in the Army as an Airbourne MP. He was deployed to Iraq for 15 months and to Korea for one year, he suffered from PTSD. My oldest daughter and I decided to have a fund raiser on August 17, 2013 which would have been his 27th birthday. We have teamed up with The Battle Buddy Foundation which provides Veterans suffering with PTSD service dogs. Did you know that 22 Veterans take their own lives every day? More Veterans have died by suicide than have been lost due to combat in Iraq and Afghanistan COMBINED!

BKW is excited to announce the start of a fun new program - Positive Behavioral Intervention Systems (PBIS). This is a research based program designed to reward positive behaviors and increase morale and instructional time in the classroom. We are looking to do a huge kick-off event the first week of September that would include students tie-dying t-shirts that will be worn at every PBIS event throughout the year. Unfortunately, funding for our program covers little more than our training and very basic supplies, so we are looking for help! Canary Garden, Inc.
When a child's mother, father, brother or sister dies, the child not only experiences tremendous loss, but an array of confusing emotions as well. The depth of their grief cannot always be expressed in words alone. Some children have to move or change schools. Often the primary wage-earner in the family is gone. The supports that are normally in place to help the children and teenagers cope have all shifted. We, at Canary Garden, help to alleviate this void with listening, understanding, play, creative expression, and new friendships. At Canary Garden children and teenagers meet in age-related groups according to developmental level. For most children and teens, this is their first experience with death and they want to talk about it, but only the kids at Canary Garden are willing and able to listen because they share the same concerns.
Michael Blakey, of Spanish Fork, Utah lost his brother to suicide and began attending Canary Garden for support shortly after the loss. He found the unique grief supports we offer so helpful that he organized a run in memory of his brother and is donating all proceeds to Canary Garden. As our primary fundraising event of the year, the Live Remember Run 5K gives grieving families the opportunity to walk or run in memory of their loved one. If we received your award for Logo products we would have our event name and Canary Garden logo printed on sports bags to help those walking or running in our race to remember that at Canary Garden we are committed to help families have opportunities to acknowledge their grief and to continue their lives in a hopeful and confident manner.

Drab, sterile chemotherapy rooms are now peaceful, warm and nurturing spaces that promote healing. These transformed environments make a tangible difference in the lives of cancer patients, their families and those involved in their care.
April 19, we are transforming the Day Hospital at Children's Hospital in Oakland, CA. On May 17, 2013 we are transforming the spaces at the Children's Inpatient Hospital in Oakland, CA. We have over 40 volunteers each for both projects and would love help in purchasing t-shirts for our kind-hearted volunteers!
Veteran's Art Project & Brandman University
Graduate students from Brandman University are collaborating with the Veterans Artist Program (VAP) to host an event on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Horton Square located at 225 Broadway in downtown San Diego. The fundraising event will showcase local veteran artists and their artwork while sharing their compelling stories and educating visitors on VAP and the importance of art therapy.
The Veterans Art Program is a non-profit organization that takes artists who are also veterans and propels their work and careers into the mainstream creative arts community through networking, mentorship, collaborations with professional artists, and original productions. Based out of the Baltimore-Washington area, VAP works with other like-minded organizations and individuals across the country to expand the network and visibility of veteran artists

Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna is transforming communities by creating homeownership opportunities for low-income families. We are building, renovating and repairing homes across two counties and throughout the world. We support building efforts in El Salvador and Kenya, with plans to increase our reach in the coming years.
As part of our commitment to eliminating poverty housing worldwide, I am leading the affiliate's first ever build trip abroad. I will take a team of twelve to the Kisii region of Kenya, one of the most densely and poverty-stricken areas in the country. While there, we will help to build a home for a local family, a home without disease and exposure, a home where they can grow and thrive, a home where the community can gather in love and peace.

Love Never Fails International
Love Never Fails International (LNFI); we are a local non-profit organization that exists to provide a "hand up, not a hand out" to at-risk and impoverished children and families, through assistance, tutoring, and mentoring. LNFI provides this through our after school programs, mentoring programs, field trips, guest speakers, and special activities throughout the year.
A major event that we hold each year is Health Day, where the children from all our after school programs come together at our hosts (BSNF) location and interact in various activities: different sports' stations such as basketball and football skills, kinesthetics, and a nutrition station. The kids are provided with a healthy lunch, and sports equipment to take home. This is a great event where we promote a healthy lifestyle to the children!
Tri-State Young Marines
Hello, my name is Chrissy Herrera and I am the Parent Support Director for the Tri-State Young Marines. The Tri-State Young Marines, a non-profit youth organization, currently has 40 members spanning the Ohio Valley, from West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. All of our staff is 100% volunteer; we have no paid positions. Our unit has been working with the youth in the Tri-State area for more than 16 years. Our children range in age between 8 and 18. We teach leadership skills, teamwork, educational reinforcement, and physical fitness, while building self-confidence, self esteem, a drug and alcohol free lifestyle and promoting community service. We are currently preparing for our Annual Encampment held, July 22, - July 28, 2013 where we treat the children to zip-lining, water rescue training, emergency preparedness, cliff rappelling, hiking, swimming, camping and leadership training. We would use the 250 credit to purchase T-Shirts for the children to wear during encampment to show off their accomplishments.

We are a Men's and Women's swim team from the University of New England in Maine. We all qualified for New England Championships and we would like to make jerseys that we could wear for the championships.
Court Appointed Juvenile Advocates (CAJA) of Madison County
Our organization works to better the lives of abused, neglected, and abandoned children, so that they can grow up dreaming big dreams like all other kids. We are a non-profit organization that utilizes volunteers to become independent fact finders with one purpose: to speak for the child. Currently, we have 54 volunteers and we are serving 86 children in our community. Sadly, this is a small percentage of all the children in Madison County that truly need our help. On April 13th, 2013 CAJA will be hosting a fundraiser at the Davidson Space and Rocket Center for Exploration called Yuri's Night. This event celebrates space exploration and is celebrated by cities all around the globe. This night can be a great event for our organization, however, we need help spreading the word to our community. One way that we find effective is by wearing t-shirts. With your help, we would be able to reach more members of the community. This would allow us to have more volunteers and perhaps even some sponsors. We are an oncology center that treats all types of cancer. This year we lost 2 colleagues to cancer but also treated them for their cancer and had to watch them die. My name is Kaitlynn Boldt, my cousin, Dylan Redwine is a 13 year old boy who has been missing since November 19th 2012 here in Colorado. His situation has become worldwide, including on the news and was even featured on Nancy Grace a couple of times. We have been doing all we can to try and bring him home, but nothing is enough until he does so. We have gone through Christmas and New Years without him and it has been the hardest times we could have ever imagined. We have created a registered non-profit organization (Hope for Dylan Redwine) in the state of Colorado. On November 17th 2013, we are holding a benefit dinner/silent auction for him in Monument, Colorado.
Because we have put so much money looking for Dylan and advertising, we don't have much extra money. I am writing in hope that our family and some volunteers who are hosting/serving at the dinner, could get customized shirts for the event. I believe that there is going to be about 35 of us.

McNeely Pediatric Diabetes Center
The McNeely Center is the only diabetes center in the Upper Midwest region to specialize in working solely with children and teens. We work mostly with children with type 1 diabetes, however our patient population with type 2 diabetes is growing as well. In our clinic, we support and encourage our families to become involved in the treatment plan for their children as well as support research for type 1 diabetes done by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The JDRF is a national research foundation that hosts many support events throughout the year, one of the largest events is the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. This year, the JDRF Walk is on February 23, 2013 at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. McNeely Diabetes Center creates a team to walk at the JDRF Walk each year to support our patients and show that our staff truly supports and cares about their fight against diabetes. Second Step Housing is a community-based nonprofit which fosters self-sufficiency for at-risk homeless women and families through building and rehabilitating affordable housing paired with community services. "Run Like a Girl" is a timed fun run that fosters all the vital elements that help Second Step Housing residents achieve a healthy balance in their lives and on the path to self-sufficiency. The event seeks to 1) promote a healthy balance between mind, body and soul, 2) raise awareness of Second Step Housing and homelessness in our community, and 3) raise funds for Second Step Housing. Hopkins High School: Operation Smile
Operation Smile is a student-led club at Hopkins High School. We raise money throughout the year for Smile Train and children with cleft lips. Some past events include elementary school coin drives and benefit concerts. Empower Community Center for Youth and Adults
The Empower Community Center for Youth and Adults has been serving our local community since 2010 by transforming the lives of children through our traditional Community-Based mentoring program. The ECCYA vision is to extend our services to the children most in need of a mentor. As many children have parents who lack the motivation or inclination to enroll their children in a mentoring program. The ECCYA is a performance-oriented youth-serving organization achieving proven measurable outcomes for children. Compared to other mentoring programs, the ECCYA has proven successes in creating and nurturing relationships between volunteers and children. We are a “best practice approach” to mentoring. Research has found that children enrolled in a mentoring program are 45% less likely to begin using illegal drugs; 27% less likely to begin using alcohol; 52% less likely to skip school, and 37% less likely to skip a class. They are more confident in their performance in schoolwork and get along better with their families. We believe that we should be chosen as we are in growth mode but have limited financial resources to ensure that the brand of the ECCYA spreads. Since we are new we have been working tirelessly to prove ourselves to the parents, schools and communities. We lack the financial support to be able to give the children items that we are sure that they will love. We are in need of T-shirts for the organization as most kids can not afford to buy one and we are limited. The Nursing faculty and staff at Gateway Community College has once again formed a team called Gateway's Dream to walk at a walking event at Lighthouse Point Park, New Haven. Their goal is to raise $1000.00 supported by donations and monies collected from a bake sale held on campus.

F-5-U Cancer
We believe that through Faith, Family, Friendship, Food, and attitude people have a say in their future. This site was started by Bob Thomas and his family and friends as a way to give back. Bob was diagnosed with a severe case of Stage 4 melanoma with close to a hundred tumors in his lungs. He and his family were told by some Dr’s that he probably had 2 months to live. That was in Sept on 2011. As of his last scan his new Dr believes that close to 95% of the cancer has disappeared. Along with chemotherapy Bob and his support group became active participants in his recovery. Through prayer, encouragement, meditation, physical activity, and nutrition helped create this miraculous recovery. Our goal is to provide the same support given to him to other individuals who believe they have a say in their future.
On October 6, 2012, we will be holding our First Annual F5U cancer Run/Ride/Walk Fundraiser and would like to have some t-shirts to give to our participants.
Autism Speaks
Every year we join together to walk for a wonderful cause that touches us deeply, Autism Speaks. My loving little brother, Chris is affected with low functioning Autism. He may not be able to tell you how he feels or what he wants, but that is where we come in. This is our time to SPEAK up for him as well as others who can not be heard. We have not made t-shirts for this walk in 4 years just because I have not been able to afford it right now since all proceeds I make on the t-shirts go straight to Autism Speaks and the wonderful things they are doing to help find a cause and a cure. Kosair Charities Boo To You Event
The organization I am submitting for is called Kosair Charities. It is an amazing charity that helps special needs children and their families here in Kentucky, and also in Southern Indiana. This charity is near and dear to my heart because I have a special needs daughter, Addie, who sustained a brain injury at birth. Needless to say my husband and I were thrown into an unknown world, full of worries, fears, and concerns, not only about if she would survive to make it out of the hospital, but if so, what her future would be like from a medical needs stand point. This charity helped us in so many ways, especially with all the medical costs not covered by insurance for much needed therapies and equipment that have truly changed Addie's life for the better. We attribute her progressing to where she is today to this amazing organization! We decided 3 years ago to start a special event called "Boo to You" as a way to give back and partner with Kosair Charities to be able to help other children like our Addie who are in need! This event has grown from just a close group of family and friends, to this year we are expecting nearly 500 people, many of which are other special needs children and their families! It has become a great day filled with fun for everyone, while giving 100% of what we raise straight back to Kosair! We are thrilled to have many local University students from Fraternities and Sororities volunteering to help make this day great, which is the reason we are looking for "staff/volunteer" shirts to provide them on the day of the event. Fellowship of Christians in Universities and Schools (FOCUS)
Our organization works in youth ministry in independent schools in several cities. Richmond FOCUS students have organized a walk to be held in Richmond to raise money for pancreatic cancer research. Sadly, one of our students father's (he was also active with FOCUS) lost his battle with pancreatic cancer last week and we have formed a team to raise money in his honor. It is through the Lustgarten Foundation and 100% of the proceeds goes to pancreatic cancer research. Super Coopers Little Red Wagon Foundation
Cancer that strikes a child does not affect just one person; it afflicts an entire family. The mission of Super Cooper's Little Red Wagon Foundation is to lift these families up and to strengthen them in their battle against this non-discriminating disease.
As a foundation, we see a real need in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area for pediatric cancer specific housing for families enduring lengthy outpatient visits such as chemo therapy and radiation. Our vision is to create a place for reCOOPERation -- a safe, comfortable environment where families can feel like they have a home away from home while they are supporting their child who is receiving treatment for Pediatric Brain cancer. We want to provide dedicated housing and support services set up to meet the specific needs of these immune-compromised children with brain cancer.
On September 15th, we will be holding our 3rd Annual Super Cooper’s Rockin’ Run and Family Fun Festival to benefit Super Cooper’s Little Red Wagon Foundation. Our goal this year is to raise $75,000. Funds raised from this event will be used to support the Super Cooper’s Little Red Wagon Foundation mission of providing housing and support for families affected by brain tumors.

We are dedicated to providing the basics for survival, clean water, food, and basic medical care, to the poorest people of the world. Whether it is at the local, regional or international level, our goal is to provide these essentials in a sustainable manner.
Because of this mission at Wish, we don't receive any pay. All of our proceeds goes directly to bettering our communities and our world. This year we are raising funds at Run Santa Run (a family fun run) to pay for a new pump at the running water well in Uganda (you can view this on the website). In addition, a portion of the proceeds from the run are being donated to Toys for Tots. We want to apply your generous gift to this family fun run event for t-shirts to the registrants. This group of student leaders will be organizing "Miracle Miles" Fun Run benefiting Petra Anderson, one of the victims of the tragic shooting in Aurora, Colorado last week. While there are so many miracles from that tragic event, the Anderson family touched the hearts of Ao1 as our final camp of the summer was set to take place at their church. This church family includes families, staff, and directors of Ao1.

James C. Archbell III Foundation
We help under-privileged children in our area with school supplies, clothing and hygiene products. We also fund a special Christmas excursion for 700 children every December. We have learned from the principals of the schools we help that there is a serious need for T-shirts/Sweatshirts/underwear and socks. Most children wear the same clothes a few days a week because their family can't afford extra clothing. The schools have also begun washing and drying clothes at the school to help some families that cant afford to go to the laundromat, but if they had enough shirts for 5 days of school it would truly help. There is a real need here in Chesapeake, VA and the kids are so grateful with everything that we donate to them, but as you know not many people are donating during these hard times. School is starting here shortly and the need is great for these children. We are trying to make a difference in their lives and to show them that there are people who care about them and want to see them thrive. We donated bikes to 9 schools this year as part of a reading program to get the kids to read more books. 2 children were chosen from each school as the top reader in their grade levels. We help the elementary school level children. We would love to provide the children with clothing of any kind. We were able to help the special ed kids get matching T-shirts for the first time while competing in the Special Ed Olympics this year and the smiles were endless. Joe's Journey, American Liver Foundation
My 19 year old son Joe was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia, (a life threatening liver disease with no cure), when he was 2 months old. He underwent a Kasai procedure to help delay the effects of the disease but still progressivly developed symptoms of a failing liver.
Joe also deals with many other medical problems, such as polysplenia, a hypoplastic Left lung, 2 intracranial cysts, and scoliosis. He takes a multitude of medication daily and is limited on activities he can participate in.
The American Liver Foundation is a group we are actively involved in. They continue to make great strides in research and treatments. We are walking for Joe, and for all afflicted with the many liver diseases out there, in hopes that one day...we wont need to.

Elsa's Slow Shuffle
One year ago, this July, our 17-month old daughter was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She is now 2 years old, in remission, full of energy and life, and has 16 more months of chemotherapy left. Our family is so grateful for the advancements in medical technology that have made Elsa's form of cancer treatable and we want to give back to an organization that has directly helped us numerous times since her diagnosis. Elsa's dad, Aunt Carolyn, Uncle Jay, and me (her mom) are all shuffling our way through the Hartford Marathon in October in order to raise $6,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Our combined running distance of 104.8 miles is nothing compared to what Elsa has had to endure over the past year. We, as a family, want to demonstrate even a small fraction of the endurance she has so gracefully mastered at such a young age. This award from Logo Sportswear would help offset the cost of t-shirts made for our fans to wear at the event and for us to send as 'thank-you's' to our big donors.

TRUE Skool’s mission is to create positive sustainable change in the lives of youth through arts, education and community service. We print and sell tees at our bi-annual block party to support our summer youth programs. Benaiah's Conquests
This organization was started to support Benaiah David Rosser and his family with the expenses of his treatment for leukemia. Benaiah is 4 yrs old and was diagnosed on March 7th. He has 2 little brothers and another sibling on the way. They all live in Hailey Idaho and he receives his treatment in Boise Idaho (about 2.5 hours away). His Uncle is doing a benefit on July 7th and we want to do t-shirts for a fundraiser, but don't have the funds for the initial cost. This donation would be an answer to our prayers. Obesity Action Coalition
The first annual BBHS Run for Your Life 5K and 1 mile walk will be held at Thompson Park on August 18, 2012. This event will benefit the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC). It is estimated that nearly 93 million Americans are obese and that number is predicted to climb to 120 million within the next five years.
The mission of the OAC is to elevate and empower those affected by obesity through education, advocacy and support. To increase obesity education, the OAC offers a wide variety of free educational resources on obesity, morbid obesity and childhood obesity, in addition to consequences and treatments of these conditions.
Supporting the BBHS Run for Your Life 5K Race and 1 mile walk will not only help provide obesity education but will also spread awareness on ways to treat obesity. Sponsorships from both businesses and individuals are needed to ensure that OAC continues its programs and services for those affected by the obesity epidemic.
March Of Dimes
The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
I know from life experience what families are going through and I'm willing to help every way possible to help with great outcomes. My brother was born premature at 27 weeks, weighing in at 3lbs 3oz. He had surgeries starting the day he was born, was on oxygen for 5 months and was diagnosed with chronic lung disease. He was in the NICU for 4 months. He is now 7 years old with the love for football. Please help us make that touchdown to reach our goal and help donate.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. Our team is walking in March for Babies because we want to do something about this.
Run 4 Rusty
The Run 4 Rusty 5k fundraiser is meant to serve as a great community event that will benefit an even greater cause. Mr. Adam Schultz, a phenomenal Chesterton High School teacher, is also the father of a lively 4 ½ year old boy named Rusty. Rusty was recently diagnosed with a serious brain tumor, specifically known as pineoblastoma. All proceeds of the Run 4 Rusty 5k would go to the Schultz family for medical bills, travel costs, and other necessary expenses. As well as promoting health throughout the community through this exercise-oriented event, the health of Rusty would be a central theme.
The Hero's Crossroads
We offer confidential programs for our veterans with PTSD, enabling them to find answers and help while avoiding labels and stigmas. All of our programs are free to our veterans and their families. We have no revenue and rely solely on fundraisers and donations in order to keep our organization going. We are having a motorcycle charity ride this summer and want to be able to give out T-shirts to participants to commemorate the event and increase awareness for our programs.

Art For Kids is a 501c3 non-profit that provides quality and nurturing art classes and camps for children ages 5-12 (with art mentor internships for students ages 13-18)regardless of the family's ability to pay. In the past 8 years, Art For Kids has granted over 10K in scholarships to needy families.

We are a small school outside of Chicago. This year our 8th grade students have worked hard running bake sales and selling pies to raise money for a class trip to Chicago. Students For Safe Water
Students for Safe Water is a student founded and run 501(c)(3) charity. The charity was started by a high school student (I am a board member that is older than 18) and it has over 50 active student volunteers. The goal of the organization is to raise awareness and funds for the nearly one billion people in the world living without access to safe water and basic sanitation. The students educate others in the community and raise funds. This summer the students will travel to Nicaragua in July and August to build (and fund) projects. This trip will allow them the opportunity to better the lives of 98 families living without access to safe water and sanitation in the developing world. As Students For Safe Water is a young organization, we do not have a lot of resources. The students have worked extremely hard and are very dedicated to making a difference. To date, they have raised $15,000 and are half-way to their fundraising goal. With your assistance, they will be many steps closer. This organization is worthy of being chosen as these kids have shown initiative in making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. Their efforts will result in improved living conditions and potentially save lives. As a child dies every 20 seconds as a result of drinking contaminated water, there is no time to waste.
Our students and volunteers will be participating in the Kids Run OC 5k May 4-6. We will be running symbolically to show solidarity with the people around the world who have to walk 5k and more just to find water to drink. We would like our volunteers/runners to wear the t-shirts at out SFSW booth and during the run.

University of Michigan Solar Car Team
The Solar Car Team is the largest student-run group on the University of Michigan's campus in Ann Arbor, MI. All 100+ team members are under 24 years old, yet the diverse team of students band together to build a solar-powered vehicle from the ground up, challenging their studies, themselves, and pushing the limits of modern technology. The team is successful in proving that even a diverse group of novice students can explore more efficient transportation standards, and help refine the understanding of solar technology. These students come from all sorts of backgrounds (some engineers, artists, or even history majors), yet they all work together to create a successful vehicle. For each car they build the team participates in two important biannual solar races, the North American Solar Challenge (in which the team has won three consecutive National Championships), and the World Solar Challenge (in which the team has placed 3rd five times in the world)! Sudden Infant Death Resources, Inc
We are a small, but mighty organization. We serve the whole state of Missouri, plus parts of Illinois and Kansas. We provide bereavement support to families who experience the tragedy of sudden infant death, as well as public education for professionals and the community on how to reduce the risk of sudden infant death. We provide all of our services free of charge. The safest place for a baby to sleep is alone in a crib. We don't want any family to be in a position of putting their baby in harms way due to financial reasons, so we provide a brand new pack & play (free of charge) to those families who cannot afford a crib. Our annual 5K, Strides for SIDS, is one of our biggest fundraisers that allow us to keep providing our services at no cost to the recipients. Saint Johns Middle School Athletic Association
We are a non-profit organization to provide after school activities for middle school children in our county. We are not affiliated with the public schools except for representing them on each team and do not receive funding from the county. We raise all of our funds to try to provide safe playing fields and scholarships for financially burdened families to allow their children the opportunity to play for their school. Each sport is responsible for raising the funds for their own equipment, uniforms, etc. The softball program is working to build better playing fields for safety and also to lower the cost to play within our organization. Your donation would help out so much and would definitely make a difference in being able to provide some girls with better equipment such as helmets, bats, etc. I hope you will consider my application for the donation as I am a volunteer Commissioner for the softball teams and have no child playing. I am fortunate that my daughter had the opportunity to achieve success at a high level and is now playing college softball. Sea Change
Hello, I am a graphic design senior at the Hartford Art School, University of Hartford, West Hartford, CT. I am working on my senior thesis project and am designing a campaign to promote clean oceans free of waste and plastic, called "Sea Change." The name of the campaign is a play on words, and pushes for the idea that if we all work together we can see change. I am designing a working website (http://www.seachange-ct.org), tshirts, pins, posters, save the date cards, re-usable water bottles, stickers, canvas totes, and a banner to hang up at the clean-up event. Most of the pieces I will be designing are going to be available for purchase on the website, under the shop page. One of the main parts of my campaign is a community beach clean-up. I am organizing the community beach clean-up on April 7th at Ocean Beach Park in New London, CT. Since I am funding this project myself, I have been looking for donations. I would like to give the first 50 beach clean-up volunteers a free Sea Change t-shirt.
Save the Sound (www.ctenvironment.org/save-the-sound.cfm) is kindly donating the supplies for the beach clean-up which includes gloves, bags, and first aid kits. The other students in my class are creating hypothetical projects, but I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to actually make a difference in the community. Most people don't realize that when they leave behind trash and plastic it is deadly to marine life and harmful to our health. Plastic does not decompose, it breaks down into smaller and smaller pieces which makes it harder to clean up. If fish and other marine life survive after ingesting the waste and plastic, humans can become very sick from eating these toxic fish. I want to show the community that we are all connected and every action counts. Even though we have done a lot of damage to our environment, we can still work together to better the current conditions of polluted oceans. I truly believe that awareness leads to positive actions, which lead to change. This is an issue that I am very passionate about and one that I would like others to become passionate about as well. San Fernando Valley Rush
We are a non-profit youth track and field club that has just under 200 athletes from ages 4-18 and we never turn anyone away. The economy over the last 2 years has probably affected 80% of our families in some fashion and has even discouraged some of them from putting their kids into our program. Even though we don't turn anyone away, I think pride prevents some of our families for asking for help.
The reason that I am asking for the Logo credit is that when an athlete is unable to pay, we still provide them with a t-shirt, uniform and every other item that a paying athlete would receive. However, as we don't have any other form of funding, the cost ends up coming directly from me or my boyfriend (the founder of the organization).
As this organization is our passion we always find a way to come up with the money, even if it boils down to recycling bottles and cans that we collect from our neighborhood. There's nothing we won't do for these kids.
I am placing an order for t-shirts but have had to postpone my order for sweatshirts for the time being. This $250 credit would really come in handy as our first practice is February 21st and there are still a laundry list of items that we need.
Special Operations Warrior Foundation
I am running the Destin 50 miler on Feb 19th while raising money for the Special Ops Warrior Foundation. My husband is a TWO time wounded warrior who has lost many friends. I want to be able to help families of fallen soldiers. My husband is currently deployed yet again to Afghanistan and will not be here the day of my race. I am running in honor of friends KIA. I need a shirt for the race made with their names listed for me to run in and also for my crew. This organization is one of the many that helped my family when we were at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital, so it is very important to me.
West Middle School
Our middle school has just joined a local area sports league this year. Our basketball team is the first official sport in the interdivisional league and we are currently 0-7. We definitely need a morale boost. Our school is located in the inner city and I am just happy to give these kids a safe place to go after school even if only for a few hours. I drive most of the team home because it isn't safe to walk home after practice. They are great kids and really enjoy being together please help me do something nice for them. Veterans Sanctuary
Veterans Sanctuary is a variable length inpatient facility treating veterans with PTSD, drug and alcohol addictions. Many of our vets return from combat not able to deal with things they experienced in war. They have nightmares, flashbacks and trouble assimilating back into society. Many turn to drugs and alcohol as a way of dealing with their demons. Veterans Sanctuary provides a place where our vets can begin to heal by attending therapeutic groups, practicing mindfulness, art therapy, etc.They also support each other, vet helping vet. We would use the $250.00 to buy sweatpants and sweatshirts for our clients to wear upon being admitted. All of their clothing must be washed as soon as they are admitted.

Elder Justice Colorado is dedicated to providing free or low cost legal services to those 60 years of age and older in Denver County. We are the only legal service provider focusing 100% of our resources on the ever growing senior population. Sometimes all an older person needs is a one-time service from an attorney, yet given their fixed income, they cannot afford it. That is where we come in to fill that gap.
We are having our 1st Annual Dessert tasting in the hopes of raising funds to continue our legal services program. We currently operate solely on a budget of less than 10K a year, thus, relying solely the good graces of volunteers. We are hoping to make t-shirts for our volunteers for the event, to single them out, recognize them publicly, and also provide them a take-home for their efforts.

Delmar Girls Basketball
I am the Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Delmar High School. We are a small middle and high school in Delmar DE. Two years ago, my girls varsity basketball team started doing a "Pink Week" for a local breast cancer charity, Women Supporting Women. The girls go out and get sponsors for the number of points they plan to score in the 3 designated games, and they then go back to collect what they earned. A portion of out ticket sales that home game also get donated to Women Supporting Women. Last year I used our basketball money to buy the girls white shirts with a pink logo on them to wear as warmups. This year we do not have that extra money. I hate to make the girls pay for them themselves but it looks nice and it draws attention to the game when they wear their pink! Last year as a team of 10, the girls raised over $750 for the local charity. It's so nice to see these girls give back. Help us to purchase these shirts and give back to a great local charity supporting a worthy cause.
4th Annual Ronnie Wetmore Memorial Flag Football Tournament
The Annual Thanksgiving Flag Football Tournament is held each year in honor and memory of Ronnie Wetmore.
Ronnie was a son, big brother, best friend, and an all around good person who passed away during the peak of his life. He thought of others first, and himself last. He was the person who could make you smile when you were having a bad day and the one who could make you laugh when you were crying. He was everybody’s best friend.
Each year, beginning in high school Ronnie organized a flag football game the weekend after Thanksgiving. He and all of his friends would meet in the morning on Friday or Saturday and play a friendly (but most of the time competitive) game of flag football. After Ronnie passed away, a group of his close friends organized a flag football tournament to honor his life and to raise money for the Ronald Wetmore Memorial Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund is awarded to a Chelmsford High School, senior varsity football player each year. The tournament is held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and draws nearly two hundred players annually. The teams are made up of family members, high school and college friends, and friends of friends from near by towns. Friends volunteer to help with the registration, as well as the cooking and selling of the food and drinks that are generously donated year after year.
The event raised over $3,000. The t-shirts were a huge hit!
Portland YouthBuilders
I work at Portland YouthBuilders, a nonprofit alternative school. We serve at risk youth, ages 17-24 who are
low income and are making a positive choice to further their education and become self sufficient. Our program helps youth
finish high school, prepare for college and earn college credit, and obtain job training in computer technology and
construction. Our students meet rigorous attendance standards and choose to be drug free. Last year we helped more than 100
students turn their lives around and enter apprenticeships, college, and employment.
This year we were able to join a local basketball league for alternative school students. Our students are so excited to play! They have been practicing at a local park and our games start soon. The only barrier we face to participating in the league is needing uniforms for our 15 players. Many of our students have limited clothing resources and it is important to them to look like the amazing team that they are. Any assistance you can provide to help our students play with dignity and pride by helping us obtain uniforms would be so very much appreciated.
Brad Opheim Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship honors the memory of Brad Opheim. Brad Opheim was a student at Cheshire High (CT) and a member of its varsity soccer team. With strong academics and soccer skills, Brad was accepted to Vanderbilt University where he played at the varsity level for two years before focusing on a law career.
Brad succumbed to a brain tumor shortly after his graduation from Duke Law School. The scholarship keeps Brad’s legacy alive and helps students defray college costs. LogoSportswear contributes to the annual CHS alumni soccer alumni fundraiser that supports this scholarship.
Southport Cinderella Softball
We are a non-profit softball organization from the small town of Southport, NY. We started Southport Cinderella Softball 4 years ago and only had 60 girls. This past season we had 173 girls and each year we keep growing. Fundraising is a HUGE part of our operations to maintain the fields, get new equipment, and get things in the off season for our Winter Clinics. We have added something different each year to our organization. From April to June we have our regular season, June to July our All-stars, and this year we had our Fall Ball program from Aug-October.
Moms Help Organization
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps mothers in need. We have been in operation since 2003 and have been helping mothers by providing formula, diapers, food, and baby clothes. We also help to cover utility payments when service is about to be disconnected. We have always relied on donations and the goodness in people's hearts and that has allowed us to continue to help mothers in need for over 8 years now. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is an inspiring event that unites the entire community to honor and celebrate breast cancer survivors, and support the American Cancer Society’s unique mission to fight cancer on all fronts and save lives by helping people stay well by preventing cancer or finding it early; helping people get well by being there for them during and after a cancer diagnosis; by finding cures through investment in groundbreaking research and by fighting back by encouraging lawmakers to pass laws to defeat cancer and by rallying communities worldwide to join the fight.
The Nursing faculty and staff at Gateway Community College has formed a team called Gateway's Dream to walk at a walking event at Lighthouse Point Park, New Haven. Their goal is to raise $2000.00 supported by donations and monies collected from a bake sale held on campus.
Warren Hill Jr. Streaks Football Association
The Jr. Streaks are a non-profit high school feeder program for boys from 5 towns. We are hosting a breast cancer awareness game night, where all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. We are having a girls powder puff football game, and the girls are in need of uniforms for the event.
Benzie Gridiron Club
The Benzie Gridiron Club and Benzie Central Huskies are joining forces with its rival, the Kingsley Stag football team and their football club, to put on a breast cancer awareness game. This is the first year of the Benzie Gridiron Club. We put this club together in the small community of Benzonia once we found out the school board was forcing our students to pay to play. Even though funding is short, both schools feel it is necessary to put on an event for such a worthy cause. ALL proceeds will be donated to the local cancer foundation through Munson Medical Center.

We are hosting a Think Pink night for volleyball, and we need to purchase shirts for our volleyball team to wear on that evening. We are a small private school, so funds are always Any donations or grants that we get are helpful. We would use the money to buy shirts.

Over the last year alone, we have assisted over 5000 children, families, and residents in Essex County with a variety of services including, obstaining employment, avoiding foreclosure, raising their academic performance, learning a trade and more!
Sensations Charitable Foundation, Inc.
We are a new charitable foundation focused on offering families with disabilities and health conditions quality programs, and supporting the financial difficulties that families who need speech and language, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. We have discovered that many of the families we support have high incidence disabilities, and benefit from sensory based programs and individual sports like skiing, skateboarding, surfing, and sailing.
On September 10th, we are having our first surf day for children with disabilities and wounded veterans. Children and their families will have a chance to surf for free in the morning; a truly sensational day for everyone.
We believe we deserve to be chosen since this is our first event and with the numbers small we will be able to use the $250 for all shirts for surfers and volunteers. Since we have a small foundation, all the monies raised go right back to programs for children, seniors, and the families we serve with our events.
JDRF Rockin' Peeps
My name is Elizabeth Greenwood and on behalf of the JDRF Rockin’ Peeps, I am contacting you with a request for your support as we prepare for our 2nd Annual Tee off “fore” a cure golf tournament. The JDRF Rockin Peeps is a non-profit organization benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The Rockin' Peeps were formed last year when 3 moms set out to help educate and raise awareness, with the hope of raising more money for research on Type 1 Diabetes. We know that there are many devastating diseases in our world right now, and that saddens us, but the difference with Type 1 Diabetes is that wiping it out of existence is extremely obtainable and yet reachable. GMS Peer Buddies
My name is Alba Pineda and I am a teacher at Gardner Middle School. I work with children diagnosed with multiple and severe disabilities. We work in a special day class with a curriculum consisting of adapted academics, daily living skills, physical therapy and much more.
I, along with three other teachers at my school run a Peer Buddy program. This is where general education students come into our classrooms and work with our students with disabilities. They do everything from running errands, making adapted curriculum and assisting in the inclusion process with our students.
This year we were able to raise enough money for the Peer Buddy Shirts only. A donation of $250 would help offset the cost staff will have to pay when we order our Peer Buddy polo shirts.

I am writing to you from Nicaragua, where I am the Country Director for Whole Child International. We work to improve the quality of life for children in orphanages. Twice a month we have trainings for the orphanage staff followed up by one on one work with the caregivers in the orphanages. All of the children we work with have been abandoned, abused, neglected and or mistreated. We focus on giving the caregivers specific skills to improve their communication with children and on helping orphanage directors provide more stability for the children through keeping them in the same groups. Our staff works tirelessly with the orphanage staff and I would love to not only do something nice for them, but also want to have them be easily identifiable when they are in the orphanages or providing trainings. SGS Youth Sports
Hi, my name is Jennifer Martin, executive director of SGS youth sports. We offer year round football, cheer, baseball and softball. We live in Greenville County, but our sports program is not funded by the county. All money that comes in is raised by fundraising. We do a spring and fall program where we sell ads to the local businesses and family/friends. We try to reward the players that participate with a nice gift if they reach a goal. This past season we had 15 kids reach this goal and we ordered wildcat pjs and a SGS designed shirt :). We have also used you prior to that for our board member jackets- which we LOVE! I will try to get a picture of our board members with all of our jackets to submit. Boys Town
Boys Town has been helping neglected, misplaced and abandoned children since its formation in 1917 by Father Edward Flanagan. The Central Florida location has been active since 1986. My group and I were raising funds to throw the kids from the residential program a cultural event day, and we decided to visit the campus to get the perspective of the kids who we are throwing the event for. While we were there, the kids asked our group if we were interested in playing basketball (these kids can go all day on the courts). After talking with one of the supervisors, they said that all the kids do is play basketball when they aren't in class or doing chores. We think it would be great to give the kids real basketball jerseys to give them a sense of teamwork, and confidence to help them through this rough time in their lives.
Team Diabetes Canada
"I am a proud member of Team Diabetes Canada which is a national activity fundraising program for the Canadian Diabetes Association. It promotes a healthy and active lifestyle to all Canadians while raising funds for the provision of education and services and while advocating for our cause and breaking ground toward a cure.
As a member, I have committed to raising $6,100 for the Canadian Diabetes Association via Team Diabetes Canada. On top of this I have committed to training to run my first 1/2 marathon in the Reykjavik Marathon in August 2011. I have currently raised $4,754 and I'm planning to host a beach volleyball tournament, "Dig for Diabetes" on June 25th, 2011 in an attempt to raise the remaining $1,336. I am looking for t-shirts to be donated which would be used as prizes for the winning teams in each division (approx. 12 shirt). All of the money raised at this tournament will be going straight to Team Diabetes Canada."
Relay For Life of Cheshire, CT
Relay For Life of Cheshire, CT is an overnight event of good times for a great cause to help beat cancer! Teams from corporations, clubs, hospitals, churches, and families all join the fun. Funds raised will help support the American Cancer Societys programs of research, education, and service to patients and their families.
I felt it was important to put together a Relay For Life team because this year my life has been impacted by cancer. One of my fellow soccer players was diagnosed with cancer early on in the season and it was very hard for the whole team to realize that we could not play with one of our good friends. Hopefully the money that we can raise will help to find a cure for cancer so that victims of this disease and their families will have hope for a cure.
Alternative Family Services

Alternative Family Services, a foster, adoption and mental health agency has served thousands of foster children, youth and families since 1978. On July 16th we have a unique opportunity to partner up with the Oakland A's, International Barbecue Cookers Association and the Oakland Chamber of Commerce for the Bay Area BBQ Championship (www.bayareabbq.org).
This is a professional cook-off in the Coliseum Parking lot prior to the A's double header against the LA Angels. All proceeds from this event go directly to the foster children, youth and families served by AFS.
AFS should be chosen for the $250 grant because it will directly benefit the foster kids served by our agency. The more expenses we can get help with, the better chance we have of raising money for the kids and families. We have to order volunteer t-shirts, custom jerseys for the Celebrity Judges, judges t-shirts and possible embroidered polos for our employees so we have quite a large shirt expense.

Central Falls Panthers
Our football team is an inner city football organization. Our city is currently under state receivership and is a very poor city. It is a square mile and highly populated. When we do try to have events to raise money, the city or police dept. turn us down and are not willing to give a helping hand due to the economic state of the city. It is very hard to try to have any type of fundraising event or boot drive etc when the city officials or police dept are not supporting the team. With a crime filled city and high school that made national news because of teachers getting fired or poor test scores, our football team helps to keep city youth out of trouble and also gives them a sense of pride and family when they might not have that at home. The teams itself do very well and most have made it either to playoffs or superbowl. Being chosen would help us make necessary equipment upgrades and also show our youth that people are willing to help.
Urban Underground Inc.
Urban Underground is a youth leadership organization designed to advance a new generation of young leaders committed to building safe and sustainable communities. High school age teens organize around issues that most impact them (i.e. education, health and criminal justice). We should be chosen for the Logo GiveBack program because the young people volunteer their time to make change within themselves and their community. The Logo GiveBack program would be a great opportunity to provide some kind of incentives for the students and to allow them to feel proud about being an Urban Underground member and giving back their time to make their communities a better place.

Avon 2 Day Walk For Breast Cancer
"Yes, I'm back for a second year! Last year was such an amazing experience, I had to come back and do it again!!! But I wouldn't of been able to do it without the love and support of my wonderful husband, kids, family and friends like you. Some of you may not know the story of why I am doing the Avon 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer, so here's my little story:
In the fall of 2006 Andrew went to preschool and quickly became friends with a little girl named Maddie K. I intern became friends with her mother, Mia. From there on my "Preschool Friends" alliance was built. Mia was not shy to tell us her story and how she was fighting breast cancer. To see this women in action is truly amazing and inspirational at the same time. After many surgeries and bumps in the road to recovery, she was cancer free for 4 1/2 years. But in the late summer of 2010 Mia found out her cancer was back. With the help of her family and friends she's fighting back harder then ever!
A little closer to home for us was in November of 2009 my beautiful mother-in-law, Denise was diagnosed with breast cancer. We were all devastated to say the least. After a few surgeries, radiation and a few more scares along her bumpy road to recovery; we're happy to report she's been cancer free for a little over a year now!"
Relay for Life
We are an inter city elementary school that would like to have all of our students get involved in our Relay for Life fundraising effort. Our students want to have a school Relay jersey that makes the school united in our fundraising drive. To join the team, Relay wants each member to raise over a hundred dollars each. This isn't possible for the students so they want to have a school relay shirt that they can use to raise money as well as represent the school.

This is an E-Commerce and Entrepreneurship class that is participating in the Connecticut Student Innovation Challenge. This year's theme is "Moving Forward, Giving Back". Our "mock" company Lids4Hope works on the buy one give one concepts. For every hat purchased, one hat would be given to a child with leukemia. The concept was developed from the experience of one of our students who was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 8. Through the support of his family, his puppy, and the hospital staff, he found confidence, hope, trust, and faith.
American Liver Foundation - Joe's Journey
The American Liver Foundation helps millions of people living with various liver diseases. Our goal is to be a world free of liver disease.
My son Joseph was born with Biliary Atresia. He has had over 20 surgeries and is on a strict daily medicine regimen, as well as quarterly Dr. visits. He will need a liver transplant within the next 10 years, and hopefully, with funds for research, a cure will be found so he wont need one. The Kansas Elks Training Center for the Handicapped (KETCH) serves nearly 500 adults with developmental disabilities each year. Our mission at KETCH is to promote independence for persons with disabilities through innovative learning experiences that support choices for working, living, and playing in their community. Through our programs, individuals with developmental disabilities are given opportunities they may otherwise miss out on in life, such as earning a paycheck in a sheltered workshop, learning how to count money, brush their teeth, grocery shop, or even find meaningful and productive employment in their community with the help of a job coach.
Nobesity For Kids
Nobesity for Kids (NB4K) is proud to announce our 1st Annual NB4K Hoops 4 Health Basketball Tournament on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 9:00 AM at League of America Basketball Facilities in Houston, TX. We expect over 20 Pro Am Local and US teams to participate in this event.
NB4K was created with a vision to provide a safe environment and atmosphere with excellent training and nutrition classes for underprivileged and at-risk children ages 6 – 16 years of age. The program is designed with a community service-based agenda and emphasizes the importance to promote individual confidence, self esteem and leadership skills. We have accepted the challenge to increase childhood obesity awareness in our community by encouraging our local community to raise $5,000 for childhood obesity education and research. The goal of the Nobesity For Kids is to reduce Childhood Obesity by 25% by the year 2015.
We are honored to partner with the famous HOUSTON MOMENTUM basketball team, who were chosen to represent the USA in the 2011 Jordan International Pro Am Tournament held in Paris, France this summer. NB4K involvement and affiliation includes the President’s Challenge Program, OAC, National Afterschool Association and The American Council for Fitness & Nutrition Foundation and Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) - Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Y.E.D.S Drill Team is a dance team for young ladies at this time.

This drill team is recruiting girls ages 4 to 16 in different low income communities in order to help build self-esteem, character, responsibility, and sportsmanship.

Each year approximately 800,000 children spend time in the U.S. foster care system. Many are placed with families who provide much needed stability. However, 5 years is the typical wait time for a child to be adopted out of foster care and many children who reach their teens never get adopted.
The lack of commitment and financial support to foster care is helping create a population of throwaway children, many of whom go on to lives of substance abuse, homelessness and crime.
Youngsters leaving foster-care ill-equipped for life on their own often end up homeless or permanently dependent on welfare services.
Family Health & Support Network, Inc. (FHSN) is a community based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit Foster Family Agency servicing, Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino counties. The California Foster Care system was devastated by a 10% decrease in funding last year. While 10% to some does not seem like much, in consideration of the economic shortage of funding, we have lost approximately 20% of financial support--which has a drastic affect on our budget and our ability to give to the children placed in our care.
FHSN is the only nonprofit Foster Family Agency in the Coachella Valley, having placed and monitored more than 1,000 children in our quality certified foster family homes. These children would have otherwise been placed in homes out of their neighborhoods away from their schools, churches, community and families

Our Seacoast Safari: CF Cycle for Life event is a two day 150 mile cycling event along the coast of New England. This event has raised over $486,000 in the last nine years and this year, we hope to raise an amazing $140,000 to help fund the vital research needed to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.

The LFA-DMV serves over 80,000 people living with lupus in the Virgina, Maryland, and DC area through FREE education programs, support services and community outreach. Liberty Charter High School Girls Varsity Soccer
We are a new High School and soccer program limited by students (165 total), funding (no funding), and 1 win in a 2 year program. The uniforms we have do not fit the players properly, we are short 3 uniforms (13 on team), and wear pennies for away games. I believe looking like a team would give them more confidence and drive to build this girls soccer program.
Overlake Hospital Medical Center
We are a non-profit, non-tax supported community hospital. I am specifically applying for our school program that serves special needs students (50). We are celebrating our 10th year. We have an Orca logo developed. The students earn "wisebucks" for reaching their educational goals and can spend them in the student store. 5k Hope Faith Cure Lymphoma Run
Hi! I have always wanted to do a 5k or 10k for a good cause, but I never thought that cause would be my own. My name is Tammy Noojin/Harline. I am 24 years old and just got told that I am in remission! I had Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma which transformed into (DLBCL) Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I have had a hard life my whole life and never thought cancer would be in my future, especially at such a young age. I was adopted as a pre-teen by the woman I call Mom and she has had cancer 3 times!!!! She is currently going through treatment. I couldn't tell her when I was diagnosed because the type of cancer I had is the same cancer that cost her mother her life.
I am putting on a 5k and 10k walk/run on January 15, 2011 8:00 AM at the Start/Finish of the YMCA of the COOSA VALLEY,INC (Sponsor)in Gadsden, AL. Their 5k and 10k route is a USATF Certified Route! They are letting me use this route free of charge for this event and I am so thankful for them! The winners will receive a cash prize from our sponsors. The race is $20.00 to participate in. Anyone who pre-registers will receive a free Lymphoma Awareness T-Shirt. These shirts will be available for purchase for those who do not pre-register. The Wells Project at Baylor University
The Wells Project at Baylor University is a non-profit student organization at Baylor University, and our mission is to raise awareness and funds for the 884 million people around the world that do not have access to clean water. We exist to move our University to action, and rally students, staff, and faculty to make a huge impact on the water crisis. We are a new organization, but have accomplished a lot. We have raised over $1,500 dollars to drill a freshwater well in Nicaragua, we have accumulated over 400 "fans" on our Facebook page, and have gotten over 10 other student organizations involved in what we're doing.
Starting October 25th, we're asking Baylor students, staff, and faculty to replace their normal beverages with water for 10 Days. Money that was saved from not buying those normal beverages will be donated to The Wells Project. Every dollar we raise will go directly to drill freshwater wells.
We should be chosen because we have a commitment to bringing our campus together to make an impact on the water crisis. We believe that students can make a difference in our world, and that excites us!
I am a participant in one of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's "Out of the Darkness" Community Walks. Although my community walk (Manchester, CT) is in less than two weeks, there are ongoing walks scheduled, and there will also be community walks in 2011. Suicide is still a taboo subject to talk about, there is still a stigma associated with it. I (and the AFSP) are trying to educate the public that we need to talk about depression, mental illness, and suicide prevention. We need to get the word out there...just these past few weeks, seven young adults took their own lives because of being bullied and felt they had no other choice. A few weeks ago, an NFL player took his own life, and the list (unfortunately) goes on and on...although most of these losses by suicide do not make the local or national news. My own father died by suicide when I was 13 years old, and I will always feel that pain, and will always miss him. I am just trying to do all that I can to educate others and hopefully (in my small way) share my story and possibly help save a life. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention always needs items for raffles at these walk events, and also customized t-shirts for team walkers (who cannot afford to purchase their own t-shirts). Although the AFSP is the leading national non-profit organization solely dedicated to education, advocacy, suicide prevention and survivor support, we are overshadowed by the big charities out there. Possibly this is because the AFSP is dealing with a subject that people have difficulty talking about. My hope is that through the "Out of the Darkness Community Walks," we can increase awareness. Having items with team logos and raffle items available would be greatly appreciated and would help our efforts.
Cheshire High Boys Soccer
The CHS boys soccer team wanted to do something to support Breast Cancer Awareness month. We have all seen major league sports teams wearing pink -- most notably players in the NFL wearing pink chin straps, jerseys and spikes. The players, parents and coaches of the CHS team decided to wear pink sweatbands, donated by LogoSportswear, for their annual Senior day game. Each child and the coaching staff plan to wear the sweatbands to raise awareness for breast cancer.
Ruth Meiers Hospitality House
Our homeless shelter began in 1987 and is named after Ruth Meiers, North Dakota's first female Lieutenant Governor. The recession has hit our budget at a time when the hungry, homeless and low-income people we serve need us more than ever. Last year, we provided over 12,000 nights of food, shelter and support to 101 children, 74 women and 358 men. We would love to use promotional items for our upcoming fundraiser.

Mugs for Jugs is a team on the "Avon Walk For Breast Cancer Houston 2011." Each walker must raise a minimum of $1800 to participate in the walk and we are looking to have t-shirts, mugs, caps, and bags made for donation give-aways. $250 worth of products would help out TREMENDOUSLY!

On October 2, 1996, Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with cancer. On that day, he made a decision to face his illness with courage, strength and dignity. On October 2, Lance became a survivor.
Today, there are 28 million people living with cancer around the world who have experienced that same day. And shockingly, this year, cancer will become the leading cause of death worldwide.
This October 2 is LIVESTRONG Day. Communities around the world will come together on this global day of action to raise awareness and support our fight to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
Will you join us in standing with 28 million survivors this October 2 on LIVESTRONG Day? The event we’ll be holding at our HQ is a tailgate party for the infamous Texas vs. Oklahoma rivalry game. RWB Triathlon Team
Team Red, White, and Blue (RWB) is a brand new 501c(3) charity whose mission is to raise awareness and funds to support wounded veterans after they have received medical care. Team RWB will raise funds and awareness through participation in endurance sports, specifically marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons. I am the Team RWB Triathlon team captain. The Triathlon Team is literally at ground zero right now and recruiting athletes to participate in a variety of triathlon events for the remainder of this year, and especially for 2011. As we recruit athletes, and most importantly, get the Team RWB name out and about, it's important for people to SEE it. One of the best ways for people to see us is to wear our Team colors and logo proudly. The $250 of LogoSportswear gear would go an incredibly long way in helping us give our brand new athletes (who are signing on board, not for what they can get, but for what they can give and raise for our wounded veteran heroes) some team colors to wear.

Clash For A Cure
Freeland's home football game on September 17th is known as the "Clash for a Cure." Freeland is a small community in the state of Michigan with approximately 5,000 residents. This is an event to raise money for breast cancer. The football players will be wearing pink jerseys, pink gloves, and pink socks during their game. The Freeland Pompon Team, which we represent, will also be performing in the pink jerseys that we are currently ordering from your company. The football players and pompon girls will be playing in honor/memory of a cancer survivor or victim. After the game, each of their jerseys will be given to this person or to the family of this person. Members of the football team and pompon squad will also be escorted onto the field by this person who has survived cancer or by their family. We are selling t-shirts to help raise money for the cause, and have activities set up for the day of the game, such as a dunk tank, 50/50 raffle, Chinese auction, and bake sale. Furthermore, the proceeds from the concession stand during the game will also be donated to this great cause. In our continuing effort to help in our community, we are also hosting a blood drive in memory of a local business owner who lost her battle with breast cancer. This has become a large community event, and we are extremely excited to be a part of it, as this is the first of what will become an annual event. Our team members are very excited to be honoring family, friends, and their community by performing for someone who has fought cancer. Freeland's graduating class of this year, 2010, along with the upcoming class, 2011, have both lost students to cancer. The class of 2006 also encountered such a loss, so cancer has certainly impacted our town and caused our community members to become actively involved in our "Clash for a Cure." Therefore, we are looking for any and all ways to make this event a huge success. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The Lexiebean Foundation
We are a foundation/charity that raises money for children with brain tumors, and we supply them with comfort baskets to help make their hospital stay as comfortable as possible. We also help their families with bills and offer gift cards to be used at the hospital for food/phone/parking etc. My wife and I started this foundation after our 9 year old daughter lost her battle with brain cancer. We were helped by a few organizations and feel that more of these charities are needed.
Sophies Heart
Sophies Heart was created to offer hope and support services to children and their families affected by congenital heart defects, while at the same time improving the quality of life for these children and promoting public awareness in our community.
We help families with meals, gas, transportation, and lodging while their children receive care at nearby Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. Many families have to stay at the Ronald McDonald House nearest to the hospital as they come from all parts of the United States. Many times there is a wait list and families do not have enough money for lodging and sleep at the hospital or in their cars. Some many families come to the Ronald McDonald House with no money, food and will stay for months during their child’s care, away from other family and from work.
Sophies Heart is a volunteer based organization whereby 100% of our proceeds goes back to assisting the families we serve. We are committed to helping parents who struggle emotionally and financially to care for their children in their time of need.
The donation allowed Sophies Heart to support our cause at a recent event that raised almost $5733.00! Here are our volunteers sporting our t's.
The POP (Protecting Our Planet) Recycling Team
The POP (Protecting Our Planet) Recycling Team is a group of volunteer students who dedicate their "social time" to picking up recyclable materials from classrooms in the mornings and during recess break times.
These students work hard picking up several materials such as paper, cardboard, newspaper, aluminum cans, and plastic bottles to put into large rolling cart bins. These students need to have a visible work vest/cap to wear while they are traveling in the hallways and classrooms for recognition and safety purposes. These students work hard to help our school develop the habits needed to foster a healthy, green environment and will reduce the amount of waste thrown into the landfill.
American Cocker Spaniel Rescue
We are an all-volunteer American Cocker Spaniel Rescue that strives to re-home abandoned, abused, or needy cockers. We have a passion for the seniors and the vision and hearing impaired dogs. We are a 501c3 organization and are dependent solely on donations from our supporters. If we were chosen for this award it would be a wonderful way to raise more money with offering Logo products.

Prudence Crandall Center is a nonprofit organization that offers comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence. Those services include counseling, 24hr hotline, support groups, legal advocacy, emergency shelter, supportive housing, information and referrals, and community education. Their mission is to provide caring support, beneficial information, and individual advocacy to women, men, and children affected by domestic violence.
