One important note is that sublimation T-shirts are only available for white-colored garments and cannot be used for designs that require white printing.

A big trend today is dry performance or custom wicking t-shirts. Our sublimation T-shirt designs are made of polyester yarns and are engineered to wick moisture away from the skin and transport it to the outside of the fabric. These products keep you cool and dry.

Traditional screen printing or card printing covers fabric with ink or film, making it difficult for air or moisture to pass through. Custom sublimated t-shirt printing maintains a fabric's 'wicking' characteristics.

When the custom sublimated T-shirt dye is placed next to polyester and heated the polyester molecules open. The sublimation dye turns into a gas and then penetrates the fibers of the fabric when heated. After the heat is removed, the polyester molecules will close and permanently trap the sublimation dyes. The image gets indelibly transferred to the polyester garment. When the fabric cools, the fibers close and permanently retain the brilliant color of the sublimation dye.

Can you assist me with designing my sublimation shirt?

Yes, we can apply simple changes like removing the background color from your uploaded image or changing the embroidery thread colors on a clipart element through the Online Designer. Go to "Notes" on the menu and indicate your instructions in the pop-up window.

How long do sublimated shirts last?

Your sublimation T-shirt design stays permanently on the shirt. The technology applies your team logo or name such that it becomes part of the fabric but without adding to the shirt's overall weight.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum quantity for ordering custom sublimation T-shirts. You can order one piece and we'll manufacture it based on your uploaded design.
