Sublimation, or Dye Sublimation, allows you to design full color graphics for light-colored moisture wicking apparel, where the ink infuses directly into the fabric of the shirt. This guarantees that there will never be cracking or peeling of your custom sublimated sportswear over time.
Until now, custom sublimated apparel was only available in the cycling industry, with high, restrictive set-up fees and minimum orders. Today, with our new full color custom sublimated apparel and team uniforms, everyone can enjoy high quality custom sublimated apparel.
Sublimation is the newest printing method that maximizes performance fabric's 'wicking' properties. However, only light colored moisture wicking shirts or jerseys can be sublimated and we can not print white inks. For maximum fabric breathability, we recommend that you choose white or light colored apparel.
Dye sublimation is the printing method that maximizes dry performance fabric's 'wicking' properties. However only light colored dry performance shirts or jerseys can be sublimated and we can not print white inks. For maximum fabric breathability we recommend that you choose a light colored shirt.
For dark colored shirts and jerseys, we digitally cad print and heat apply an opaque film that prevents the dark shirt color from bleeding through the graphic. For maximum breathability choose a light colored shirt.
Our custom wicking t-shirts and custom moisture wicking t-shirts is engineered to wick moisture away from the skin and transport it to the outside of the fabric where it will evaporate so you can stay cool and dry--even when the heat is on. We offer both compression fabrics and loose, relaxed moisture wicking t-shirts.
