My stepdaughter was brutally attacked while opening the restaurant she worked at in September of 2008. While she was only given 24 hours to live, nearly 7 months later she has beaten the odds and is fighting hard every day in rehabilitation to come back to us. One therapist in general used the "Six Million Dollar Man" phrase "Better, Stronger, Faster" about Alyssa and how hard she has worked.
